            The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the bill on page two, section seven, line three, after the word “associate”, by striking the remainder of subsection (c) and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “as a military company or organization for historical, artistic or fictional performances; or, for an individual or group of individuals to drill, perform or parade at public ceremonies, including funerals.”
